Starting Out Fresh!



How to make the best of being sick?  Well, I could feel sorry for myself and choose to curl up in a ball and not leave my bed.  Or I could look at this as an opportunity to set new goals, zero in on my nutrition and set up a new work out schedule.  Lately I've been obsessed with 21 Day Fix, and struggled with finding the energy.  But taking the time to rest and recover from an illness has been a blessing, and now I feel prepared to move forward and become stronger than before.  Sunday will be a recovery day; more meal prepping and catching up with laundry, cleaning, etc.  Fail to plan, plan to fail right?
